Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge (3 Fans)
 |
"Knowing Me, Knowing You with Alan Partridge" Summary |
| |
Alan has had many career moves, but none were as big or promising as this one: his very own prime-time chat show! But anyone familiar with the Alan saga, knows of the demise of this towering high. How did it happen? How did a once promising career not take off? Was he prone to bad luck or was it his own undoing? Check out this short series to find the answers.
For anyone unfamiliar with the legend that is Alan Partridge, he is in fact a fictional character created by Steve Coogan. He can be seen as a sportscaster on 'The Day Today' and also had his own radio chat show. Finally, in 1994, Coogan got him on the television with his own mock chat show. A slew of fictional characters are brilliantly berated and embarrassed as they cross one of television's rudest hosts.
Coogan/Partridge continue the saga in a two series programme called, 'I'm Alan Partridge'.
