	Miss Landers, played by Sue Randall Miss Alice Landers is Beaver's teacher. She enters the series in the second season (replacing Diane Brewster as Miss Canfield, Beaver's first teacher) and remains through the penultimate season. Miss Landers is kind and understanding. Beaver develops a crush on her in one episode and invites her home for dinner. He is taken aback when she arrives in a pretty cocktail dress and a pair of open-toed pumps. He pouts when she marries Tom Brittingham in a later season episode.
