A bully tells Wally and the Beaver that a milk company is giving away bicycles for 1,000 of the companies bottle tops. After an exhausting search for the caps, the boys rush to the company for their new bike. The only problem is no one there knows about the promotion. This leads to a series of checks and rechecks by the company officials.

By the end of the show, the boys agree that Wally will be a little more messy while Beaver will try and be a little neater.
