Even though Stu Lewis was born and raised in the big city, his dream was to leave it all and move to the quiet of the Texas panhandle. Despite his families rejection of his idea, Stu bought a Country & Western cafe and renames it The Nassau County Cafe, where the highlight of the week is the armadillo races.
