The two investigators are assigned to go to Switzerland after an extortionist threatens to bomb a luxury hotel. Filmed on location at the Gstaad Palace Hotel in Gstaad, Switzerland. Young co-star Samantha Smith died in a plane crash in August, 1985, before completing all of her scenes for this episode. The remaining script pages were rewritten, and the episode was finally completed in October, by filming around Smith's character, having her away from home or in the next room.
