The show is about a young kindergartener named Little Bill. Little Bill is a hyper, yet sweet boy who comes from a city. Little Bill has a bunch of friends, and even a pet hampster named Elephant. His siblings always help him out, and his parents are always there for him. His grandma, Alice the Great always give Little Bill advice.
