Little Britain

Little Britain

Matt Lucas and David Walliams bring their Radio characters to life in this bizarre yet hilarious sketch show. Highlights of the show include Andy, the 'disabled' man and his carer Lou and Marjorie Dawes with her ' Fat Fighters'. After spending a few years on radio, Little Britain finally made its way to tv and within a few months had become a smash hit show watched by millions. The show followed up Walliams and Lucas' cult hit 'Rock Profiles' where they parodied famous singers and bands.
After the 3rd series of the show and millions more viewers tuning in, the shows popularity shows no signs of ending. Despite the programmes creators denying a new series will be on its way in the near future, the fans would love a new series and there is a good chance of it happening.
The show piloted in February 2003, It was such a hit that the series soon followed. In 2005 a Comic Relief special was made with celebrity fans of the show including George Michael, Robbie Williams and Elton John.
