The gang find an old Star Surfer, a surf board-like toy. They plan to play with it, but their parents forbid them from going out on a school night. They disobey their parents, and go out, but a wall is set up. The gang assume that the wall was made to keep them out, but Douglas knew how to bypass it. Once they do, a large cloud goes into the station, which was the real reason the cloud was there. Station informs them that the cloud freezes adult brains for 24 hours, meaning kids can play with no rules! It works at first, but it gets out of hand! Can Kurt, Lloyd, Douglas, and Eddie stop the kids? | | There are no foreign summaries for this episode: Contribute |
