Francine laters overhears Lloyd talking to his friends saying he wish he did'nt have a little sister so Francine leaves the house for good, so Lloyd searches everywhere for her.

They get invited to the dinner party, and meanwhile, Boomer tells them he doesn't want to be prince, and shockingly, Boomer is then to be crowned king, so Lloyd and Eddie have to stop them crowning him!

They disobey their parents, and go out, but a wall is set up. The gang assume that the wall was made to keep them out, but Douglas knew how to bypass it. Once they do, a large cloud goes into the station, which was the real reason the cloud was there. Station informs them that the cloud freezes adult brains for 24 hours, meaning kids can play with no rules! It works at first, but it gets out of hand! Can Kurt, Lloyd, Douglas, and Eddie stop the kids?
