The chinese martial arts expert Sammo Law, who is a police trainer in Shanghai, comes together with female undercover agent Pei Pei to Los Angeles, to find the crime boss Lee Hei.
Two american cops are put at his side and the short term assignment changes to a steady job at the LAPD.
Together they fight crime using their incredible martial arts abilities.
