Steven Matrix (Nick Mancuso) is a hit man. One of the best. But when another hit man gets the drop on him, Matrix finds himself in the afterlife awaiting judgment. An angel takes an interest in him and sends him back to Earth. Now, Matrix must redeem himself by helping others and putting his unique "talents" to good use, literally. Helping him is Billy Hicks (Phillip Jarret), his former assistant in his hits, and Liz Teel (Carrie-Anne Moss), the woman who owns the gym that he used to launder his payoffs. each week, someone from the Lands Between contact Matrix and give him his new "assignment," an assignment that will help someone else... and teach Matrix a lesson about his own life and how to win redemption.
