Just Good Friends was a comedy series written by John Sullivan. Vince and Penny come from very different backgrounds and meet up again after having previously been engaged a few years ago. They drift back into being a couple again and Penny's mother doesn't approve of their relationship. Their relationship has many ups and downs leaving the viewers wondering if they will ever make it to altar.
