A wife suddenly faints while having a bridal shower. With 5 patients in the hospital and 3 of them already dead, the NIH is summoned to the medical center in Philadelphia. The first commonality they found was that all 5 patients live every close to each other. However, that commonality automatically disappear when a couple of Africans check in with the same condition. Dr. Natalie Durant tests the patients and finds out that they have anthrax. As Connor and Frank Powell go out to find the source and hope to stop it from infecting more people and Dr. Miles McCabe staying behind in the hospital to watch the patients, Eva Rossi tries to keep the anthrax scare from hitting the public. Her job is made harder when one of the reporter grab an inside source about the anthrax and threaten to spread it to the public. Although Eva is able to keep the scare down during the press conference, the team know they must hurry and find the source. ..
