One of a hospital staff contacts the NIH when people are mysteriously dying from bacteria that is eating away skin flesh. Connor and his team arrives at the hospital, asking why didn't the hospital contact the NIH earlier. The hospital said they are doing their own investigation instead. The team swipe the place clean, but finds nothing dirty. Eva finds one commonality from all the patients, they were all treated by the same surgeon. However, the surgeon says he didn't do it. When Connor interview one of the hospital staff member, Tim, he finds out that that surgeon didn't pass a drug test. But after testing the surgeon's urine sample, he comes back clean. After an old man died from the bacteria because he was just too sick to fight it, Connor notice that the blood stain on the bed matrices didn't go through the second layer of the bed matrices, which is unusual. Connor then thinks it's an inside job, someone from the hospital staff did it. After checking the schedules of how may have contact with all the infected patients, it's actually Molly, a innocent looking nurse. Molly is the one that move the infected matrices from bed to bed, infecting patients to patients. Why did she do it? It was never told. ..
