Two congressmen and a cop, both working in the same building, is infected and sifted to the hospital. The team first think it may be terrorism, but Frank Powell swapped the place clean with no finding. When another patient checks in, who had never been to that building, the team starts to look elsewhere.
The new patient, a middle-aged man, refused to let the team look at his house. Connor thinks he may be involved with a terrorist plot and sent a swap team to his house. But they find nothing except for some pictures of girls and a pad that listed the names of the infected congressmen and the cop as customers for some sex business. They all had sex with this one girl and the team thinks she may be the carrier of this disease. The team also thinks this is a STD that is killing at a rapid pace.
The team didn't find the girl until Eva Rossi finds a number to another girl on another dead patient. This girl eventually leads them to the suspected carrier of the disease. When Connor tests her out, she came out negative. Back to square one.
Connor and Frank go back to the girl's house, thinking that they may have missed something during the swap. Connor asks Frank tests the outside and Frank said no. Connor knows that all three patients came in contact with the girl during the afternoon and during the afternoon, the sprinkler always come on. They tested the sprinkler system and it is infected with the disease.
