Himself, played by Fred Rogers
Mr. Rogers was the host of Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, in which each episode begins with him arriving at his television apartment while he sings the viewers a friendly tune. He often spoke with the viewers about things that may be going on in their lives, such as how they should focus and release their anger or how to react when something beloved dies. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe segments, Mr. Rogers was the puppeteer who was responsible for the moment and dialogue of many of the characters. Unfortunately, Fred Rogers passed away in the year 2003, in which the series had ended two years earlier. |

King Friday XIII, voiced by Fred Rogers
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII has ruled over the kingdom for over forty years. While he was once the sole ruler of the kingdom, he eventually wed Sara Saturday and the two had a child, Prince Tuesday. After the birth of his son, King Friday XIII began to use his power differently as he saw things from the perspective of the average citizen, though he has since made several unfair laws. Many of his unfair mandates often stem from a personal flaw or fear that exists within him, though through the kindness of his subjects, he typically makes amends for any unfair laws he has created and King Friday XIII is generally well respected by his subjects. |

Henrietta Pussycat, voiced by Fred Rogers
Henrietta Pussycat is one of the citizens of King Friday XIII’s kingdom. She lives in the make-believe tree with X the Owl, in which the two are the best of friends and they often play games with one another. Henrietta isn’t capable of speaking English very well, unlike the rest of the citizens of the kingdom, so much of her dialogue has the word “meow” inserted in order to take the place of various other words. In her spare time, Henrietta Pussycat enjoys dressing up and partaking in various other feminine activities, though whenever she is needed by her friends, she’ll do whatever she can in order to help out. |

Lady Elaine Fairchilde, voiced by Fred Rogers
Lady Elaine Fairchilde was always mischievous, though when she took over the Museum-Go-Round when the Frogg family moved out of the kingdom, she discovered a magical boomerang that could cause unspeakable havoc. She has used her magical boomerang to turn people upside down and change various things throughout the course of the series, though her mischievous personality has worked towards the kingdom’s advantage. Whenever King Friday XIII imposes an unfair law, Lady Elaine Fairchilde is the only one with the guts to openly defy the king and tell him that his rules are incorrect. It is for this reason that Lady Elaine Fairchilde has remained a respected citizen of the kingdom and despite her knack for making trouble, she is considered a good friend by many of her neighbors. |
