Mr. Rogers decides to talk to the viewers about how it’s nice to take your time, in which he plays a game very slowly. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the citizens of the kingdom discover that the trolley is going unusually fast.

Mr. Rogers decides to try on some rollerblades at the local skating ring, in which his friend helps him out. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Stephen Owl decides to return to the kingdom and he talks to the citizens about safety equipment.
 
813 :25x03 - Fast & Slow (3) (Feb/22/1995)
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Daniel Striped Tiger is distraught over how fast Prince Tuesday can say his alphabet, as he isn’t capable of speaking them as well as the young prince can.
 
814 :25x04 - Fast & Slow (4) (Feb/23/1995)
Mr. Rogers is visited by Chainey Umphrey, who demonstrates some gymnastics for him. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the citizens of the kingdom attempt to stop the trolley from zooming by at such a great speed.
 
815 :25x05 - Fast & Slow (5) (Feb/24/1995)
Mr. Rogers decides to go outside to his sandbox, where he demonstrates how a toy crane works. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the citizens of the kingdom want to use a crane in hopes of stopping the trolley and fixing whatever is wrong with it.
 
816 :25x06 - Everybody's Special (1) (Aug/28/1995)
Mr. Rogers heads over to Chef Brockett’s bakery where he learns that they are making sandwiches for an upcoming family reunion. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Corny’s birthday is coming up and King Friday XIII wants Chef Brockett to make him a very special cake.
 
817 :25x07 - Everybody's Special (2) (Aug/29/1995)
Mr. Rogers decides to show the viewers a video on how wooden shoes are made, and the uses that wooden shoes have. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII continues to establish plans for Corny’s birthday party, though Prince Tuesday starts to become jealous.
 
818 :25x08 - Everybody's Special (3) (Aug/30/1995)
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Betty Aberlin attempts to console Prince Tuesday by dressing up as a lion.
 
819 :25x09 - Everybody's Special (4) (Aug/31/1995)
Mr. Rogers decides to bring out some of the puppets that are used in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, in which he introduces the puppeteer behind Prince Tuesday. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the rest of the citizens of the kingdom attempt to make Prince Tuesday feel better.
 
820 :25x10 - Everybody's Special (5) (Sep/01/1995)
In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Corny is distraught because he believes everybody in the kingdom has forgotten his birthday, though he soon discovers that everybody in the kingdom has decides to throw him a surprise birthday party.
