Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine Fairchilde attempts to spread a rumor that King Friday XIII is going to build a zoo, though she isn’t certain if what she says is the truth.

Mr. Rogers is greeted by Officer Clemmons who tells him that he and his wife are moving to New York. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII announces that his wife, Queen Saturday, is pregnant.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine Fairchilde and Mrs. Saunders decide to take drastic measures in an attempt to prevent Officer Clemmons from moving away.

Mr. Rogers is greeted by Betty Aberlin, who gives him a black angel fish for his aquarium. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Betty Aberlin dresses up as a black angel fish and she sings a song in honor of Henrietta Pussycat.
 
219 :03x24 - The Clemmonses are Moving (4) (Mar/05/1970)
Mrs. Clemmons visits Mr. Rogers and she reads him a poem about the new job she is about to receive in New York. Mr. Rogers decides to invite all of their friends to a going-away party that he plans to hold the next day, though he isn’t certain as to what type of dessert he should serve.

Mr. and Mrs. Clemmons are getting ready to move to New York, in which they say farewell to their friends both in the real world and in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

Mr. Rogers takes out a model of a bicycle and a tricycle, in which he tells the viewers about what they are and how you can learn to ride a bicycle through using a tricycle. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Bob Dog discovers that he’s afraid of moving wheels.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Dr. Platypus and Digger Digorum attempt to rationalize with King Friday XIII by saying he will still have the first human child born in the kingdom, though they aren’t certain if they’ll be able to get the king to permit the Platypus family to stay.
 
231 :03x36 - Death of a Goldfish (Mar/23/1970)
When Mr. Rogers discovers that one of his pet goldfish have died, he explains to the viewers what death is and how it may be hard to cope with the passing on a loved one. Mr. Rogers goes to see Bob Trow in hopes of having him construct a tombstone so that Mr. Rogers can bury the fish in order to honor its existence. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII becomes concerned with the fact that the trolley has stopped right in front of his castle and it isn’t moving anymore.

Mr. Rogers talks to the viewers about the sad feelings he has about his dead goldfish. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the Platypus family eagerly awaits the day when their baby will hatch from its egg.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the Platypus family is receiving several gifts in order to help them raise their new child, though Handyman Negri gives them a unique present.

Mr. Rogers decides to visit Handyman Negri’s shop in order to see Betty Aberlin’s performance she is holding there. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, a play is getting prepared that is based on King Friday XIII.

Mr. Rogers brings two pet gerbils into his apartment in order to show the viewers what they’re like. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Bob Dog is trying to practice a role that he has received in the upcoming play.

Mr. Rogers is visited by Mr. McFeely, who drops off to baby penguins for him too look after. Mr. Rogers talks to the viewers about how penguins live in the cold arctic regions of the world, and that they’re birds that cannot fly. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the scheduled play takes place.

Mr. Rogers is visited by Mrs. Franks, who is an expert leatherworker and she demonstrates her trade to the viewers. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII becomes scared by Handyman Negri’s appearance, as he is wearing an eye patch, though he assures the good king that it’s merely a piece of a costume.

Mr. Rogers shows the viewers a pet dog that his son owns. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Handyman Negri and Betty Aberlin are assigned to give a message to Bob Dog.

In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday XIII and Queen Saturday have discovered that there are a lot of presents coming to the castle in honor of the birth of their soon-to-be son. However, Henrietta decides that she really likes one of the gifts so she decides to take it back to her place without asking the king.
