Mr. Rogers is visited by Mr. McFeely and they both watch a video in how artists can go to a special college in order to specialize in making art when they grow up. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the citizens of the kingdom learn the truth as to why Lady Elaine Fairchilde has been so cruel during her time in the kingdom, though they decide to do something special for her in order to make her feel better. However, Lady Elaine Fairchilde does something in return for her friends as well, which permits the art festival and the series to end on a very special note.
