While in California on business, Jessica stops by a Southern California race track to visit her niece Tracy MacGill before a big race. When the horse that Tracy rides wins in an apparent rigged race and the horse’s owner is found dead in its stall, Jessica sets out to prove that Tracy had nothing to do with the man’s murder.
