Upon arriving in Washington, D.C. for a special concert, Jessica unwillingly gets involved with the defection of two East German musicians and the murder of a British spy at the country’s embassy. Before the weekend comes to an end, Jessica teams up with a fellow spy to find out the identity of the killer before having the opportunity to kill again.
