The episodes starts with Emma (a mutant) running away from some guys from the GSA. She runs in to Brennan (another mutant) and has flashes about him in her mind.

However Shalimar & Jesse come to the rescue of Emma and show her she is not alone in the world (with mutant abilitys)

At the end of the episode Brennan gets captured by the GSA and taken to Mason Eckhart.
