  Episode Summary
When Earl is declined a credit card for being unemployed, homeless, and uneducated, he decides he cheated himself out of becoming an adult. Earning his G.E.D. would be that first step to adulthood, but he doesn't know enough to pass the test. Earl asks his old teachers for help, but finds they've been beaten down by students just like him - so he inspires them to fight back and reclaim their school.

  Episode Quotes
Earl: (whispering to himself while reading a story problem) In Armando's class there are six women for every two men. (nods) Nice. If there are twelve women, how many men are there?
Earl: (narrating) I couldn't quite figure out how many men there were, but I did figure out there'd be twenty-four boobs! That didn't really help me, but... it probably helped Armando. Either way, I skipped math.

  Episode References
This is the second time Earl was in the role of a teacher. The first was in the season one episode, "Teacher Earl", where he taught English to foreigners, though they were adults and much more enthusiastic students.
