Nash Bridges is an Inspector with the Special Investigations Unit of the San Francisco Police Department. On the job, Nash is a top Inspector who uses his craftiness and people skills to solve the most difficult cases of the SIU. Aided by his longtime friend Joe Dominguez and his protege Evan Cortez, Nash tackles a variety of cases from drug kings to thiefs to murders and all other major crimes. His personal life, however, is another story. He has issues with women (including his two ex-wives whom he's constantly involved with) as well as with his live-in father. But Nash's police work is where he truly shines, frequently saving the city of San Francisco from it's most outrageous and dangerous criminals.
