A woman boards a crowded elevator and all of the men politely doff their hats. The elevator descends a few floors to the 13th and a new passenger gets onboard: the Grim Reaper, wearing a slouch hat and a cape. One of the businessmen notices the Grim Reaper and taps on its shoulder, and gestures at its head. The Grim Reaper glances at the woman, pauses for a moment, and then politely removes its hat... and its skull...
