As Shigure, Tsubute, and Dakuan approach a large mountain, they hear rumors of a monster terrorizing those who travel along its path. They decide it would be safer to travel around it. Jubei, on the other hand, travels through and encounters the monster; Rengoku. She's back and is seeking revenge on Jubei for the murder of her brother.
