At Tabitha’s, Kay is having a hard time telling Fox about calling off their engagement because of what she and Miguel overheard while Miguel wants to clear the air between the as soon as possible. At the meeting place with J.T., Theresa begins gloating about bringing more money to buy him off while Rebecca attempts to keep Ethan at bay in the B&B. When Theresa and J.T. try to leave, they are deterred by car trouble and are beaten to the B&B by Gwen. When they arrive there, Theresa and Rebecca soon get into a fight while Ethan wonders about the noise he hears outside the door. While in the mine shaft, Luis jumps down the hole Fancy is in after she falls off the scaffold. Above them, Sam arrives where Paloma, Sheridan, and Chris are and tries to help them save the couple.
