At the Seascape, Whitney believes that the reason why Chad doesn’t like Vincent is due to a mild case of jealousy. Upon hearing this, Chad tells her that he isn’t worried that Vincent would steal her away from him. Meanwhile, as Eve is checking out Jared, Theresa gets a call from the blackmailer, demanding she and Jared get married that night or else, despite Theresa trying to explain that Jared just got out of surgery. After getting off the phone, Ethan confronts Theresa about what he heard and begs her not to marry Jared until he gets more information to help her brothers out. Later, Valerie shows up at the hospital to meet with Julian and Eve and lets them know she found their son. They then go out to dinner to discuss what was found out and Eve and Julian are shocked to find out that as a child their son was brutally beaten. It is at this point when Valerie sees Chad and Whitney and goes over to talk to them. As Chris and Fancy argue about Sheridan helping Luis get away, Luis and Sheridan arrive at the Crane Cabin and he tries to get her to go back home before getting into more trouble. Upon seeing Paloma and Noah kissing, Jessica agrees to leave home with Spike.
