Episode Summary

A simpleminded, harmless young man, Frankie Toyer is found near a dead woman. Frankie becomes the prime murder suspect. Police officer Ponce helps the youth. Only Tony Petrocelli, to whom Frankie has turned for assistance, has a different opinion.
