The Phantom prevents a medical truck from being hijacked, but one of the hijacker's has a coin with the symbol of the Good Mark on it, meaning the Phantom has to let him go free. Later Phantom accesses the Phantom Chronicles via VR and finds out how a bad person hijacker obtained the Good Mark artefact.

After Phantom and Spark's raid one of Max Inc's shipping facility they find nothing but a container with flowers inside of it. A mistake by Spark's allows someone to steal the container, and Phantom decides to send him to school because of his lack education. Max Junior tracks down Spark's at his new school and plans to use him to find out the location of the Phantom's Lair.
