The show is a spin-off of a variety of shows (Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Pinky & the Brain), and is about how Animal-enthusist Elmyra Duff captures genius lab mouse Brain, and his stupid pal Pinky. Pinky & the Brain are still trying to take-over the world, but as Elmyra as their owner, it's a bit harder.
