Director Roger Corman adapted the teleplay from this episode into his 1967 film The St. Valentine's Day Massacre starring Jason Robards, George Segal, and Ralph Meeker.

Frank Silvera, Celia Lovsky, and Milton Frome reprised their roles from this teleplay in the above mentioned 1967 film.
