When three desert voyeurs release demons from the crypt in which they were ensealed, The Aquabase which is the Lightspeed Rescue headquarters, bring in four people to make a team to save Mariner Bay, 'The Power Rangers'. The newly assembled team go out on their first battle and come back as heroes, though they learn that the fights are alot tougher than the one they just engaged in. Can they do it?
