And Sailor S was the best season of Moon.
Ha. No, I'm joking.
SPD sucks. |

I liked the 3rd season, I guess it was because of the movie. |

A question I wonder also. SPD wasn't really that bad. The thing that disliked about SPD was Kruger. ^o) |

The Turbo movie was great, but the series was a bit weird.

I meant the Power Rangers Movie. Turbo was the 5th season and was the 2nd movie. |

Oh, dur. ^o^
For some reason when I saw "third" I immediately thought you meant third series.
But yep, Season 3 of MMPR was definitely my favorite. |

Yeah, Krugers attitude got on my nerves after a while.
As for season 3, I wouldn't call it the best, Rocky was a terrible Red Ranger and they did most of the morphed scenes themselves which looked bad IMO. It also awas obvious that some of the zord scenes were pasted together and that alien ranger thing was bad. Season 1 and 2 before Jason Zach and Trini left were good, as was Zeo, mostly when Jason came back and before Billy left. Zeo had so much potential, I wish they had gotten the Gold Ranger and Jason in sooner. In space was great with the best ending ever. |

I don't think they did the morphed scenes in season 3 themselves, did they? They were obviously done in the US but I assumed that they were still stunt-doubles in the suits rather than the actual cast. I actually thought it looked more realistic than the fight scenes in Season 1 though.
But I don't know, the original Season 1 episodes with the old cast and Rita will always remain the best because they're classics, but I just prefered Season 3. I liked the whole Ninja Quest thing, and that it began to have an actual story-line, rather than stand-alone episodes... like Kat gaining the Rangers trust while working for Rita, and the whole Master Vile thing. I also really liked the alien ranger mini-series and the finale. |

I meant Saban reshot the scenes instead of using Japanese footage, I don't know if the actors or stuntmen where in there. |

-Disregarded and contradicted canon, even it's own.
-Too many fillers, no story progression until the final episodes, compare this to what Mystic Force is doing, with a vet as the story editor, not Kalish this time, he's still the producer, but is no longer overseeing the scripts, which he did for SPD, hence why half of them were nothing but glorified adapatations of Dekaranger
-Rushed character development. A-Squad are evil, how, why, and if Kruger seemingly was aweare they were capable of corruption with that "you've learned nothing" line, why did he even give them powers if he knew the price that would come attached?
-Sam, the ball of light
-Omni appearing out of nowhere as the reason Grumm was stealing those resource materials, when earlier in the season he was stealing them for fuel and trading.
The only good thing about SPD was the acting.
Season Three of MMPR was solid, one of the best, it was a season long prolouge to Zeo that saw the Rangers reduced to having their asses owned daily by a bumbling group on the moon and winning victories once or twice a week before the next big multi-parter threw them into turmoil again. It was the season where the villains WON, who can't like that? |

Same.
Like someone else said, DinoThunder kind of was a throwback to MMPR, it had a very 'genuine' familiarity for me, so I liked that season as well.

There were story lines prior to the third season (most notably the Green with Evil 5-part mini series). Rocky was definitely better as Zeo Blue. |
