  Season 4 (Power Rangers Zeo)  
After Rita and Zedd manage to blow up the Command Center, the Rangers barely escape but manage to keep the Zeo Crystal safe. With the Zeo Crystal, they are given new powers- Katherine is now the Pink Zeo Ranger, and Tanya takes over Aisha's Yellow Ranger position as she was supposed to. Tommy becomes the Red Zeo Ranger, Adam becomes the Green Zeo Ranger and Rocky, the Blue Zeo Ranger. With only 5 Zeo Rangers, and 6 teens, Billy is the odd man out, and is no longer a Power Ranger, but now assists Alpha and Zordon in the newly built Command Center.

The Rangers receive their new powers, weapons and Zords just in time, because they are now facing a new threat. King Mondo's Machine Empire, with their army of Cogs and Quadrafighters, want to take over the planet Earth and send Rita and Zedd packing.

Later in the season, due to aging problems, Billy must go to the Planet Aquitar with Delfina. For a short while, the Rangers are also helped by a new Gold Ranger- former Red Ranger, Jason.
