Rocko, with the encouragement of Dan, cohosts a telethon to raise money for people impaled by pool cues and other long objects. Meanwhile, Buttons becomes infatuated with one of the woman at the telethon and Cuddles gets sidetracked while heading to the event with a large donation entrusted to him by Dan.
