Episode Summary

A nasty dispute between Rocko and drug dealer culminates with a dead mailman on the halfway house's porch and Bill accused of his murder. With a crooked cop leaning on him to mend his ways, Bill decides to befriend an elderly couple as part of a plan to rehab his image. However, the couple turn out to be more trouble to Bill than expected.
