Jim is threatened by the woman who has been posing as Dawn the Deputy. He learns that she is actually a U.S. Treasury agent who is out to get Sloman. Grace tracks down a private jet that seems to belong to the person or people who posted Jim's bail. Delilah invites Jim in for tea, and gives him some information while she also hits on him.
Meanwhile, Mary tries to avoid Sloman until she can discover what Shadrack did with the Bible. Sloman demands the money by sundown, and since she doesn't have the money, he demands something indecent from her instead. Dawn also meets with Sloman to set up a deal.
Shadrack delivers a sculpture to Jim with the Bible is built into it, but Jim doesn't notice the book.
