• Richard and Judy win tax test row.

Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan have won a battle over the payment of income tax that could have big implications for other TV stars.
They won the right to offset their agent's fees against income tax because they are "theatrical performers".
The loophole in the tax laws applies only to "actors, singers, musicians, dancers or theatrical artists".
