Episode Summary

A new tenant moves in to the building: Sault St. Marie. She smokes, she swears, and she gets on Stanley's nerves. Unfortunately for him, she's chosen Geoff and Stanley as the people she wants to become friends with. When Geoff sees her without her wig, she lets him believe that her thinning hair is due to chemotherapy, thinking it will give them something in common. When he learns the truth, Sault loses the only friend she had in Vancouver.
