Dulcy, voiced by Cree Summer
Dulcy is a dragon who was a member of the Freedom Fighters when the second season began. Like Tails, she has the ability to fly, though her larger size permits some of the other Freedom Fighters to ride on her in order to transport them from one location to another. While she has excellent speed and maneuverability in the air, Dulcy always crashes whenever she lands, which causes her to experience a state of delusion where she believes she is talking to her mother. Since Dulcy is a dragon, she is fairly strong and she has the ability to breathe ice onto opponents in order to freeze them in her tracks. Dulcy has proved herself to be a valuable member of the Freedom Fighters and she was responsible for permitting Sonic and Sally go back into the past during the second season. |
