1 :01x01 - Sonic Boom (Sep/18/1993)
The Freedom Fighters have ventured into Robotropolis in hopes of sabotaging the stealth bots, as doing such would make their future missions much easier. However, when Princess Sally makes a surprising discovery, she changes her goal and will stop at nothing to determine whether or not her theory is correct. Unfortunately, a member of the Freedom Fighters is captured during the mission, forcing Sonic to leave Antoine and Princess Sally to fend for themselves as they venture into the depths of the dark swamp.

2 :01x02 - Sonic And Sally (Sep/25/1993)
The Freedom Fighters are attempting to destroy a generator in Robotropolis when Princess Sally gets captured by one of the SWATbots. Dr. Robotnik decides to make a robotic clone of Sally in hopes that Sonic will take the robotic Sally back to Knothole Village. Meanwhile, Sonic and Bunnie dash off to Robotropolis in order to rescue Sally, though will they be able to rescue the real Sally or will Dr. Robotnik discover the location of Knothole Village?

3 :01x03 - Ultra Sonic (Oct/02/1993)
During one of their missions, the Freedom Fighters discover that Dr. Robotnik has been harvesting crystals inside of a mine in order to harness their energy. However, when Sonic realizes that Uncle Chuck is working inside of the mine, he decides to try to use a power ring in hopes of restoring Uncle Chuck’s humanity. While the plan initially works, Uncle Chuck warns that there’s no time to celebrate as Dr. Robotnik is attempting to take a large crystal from the mine, which could potentially devastate the surrounding land if it is removed from the earth’s crust.

4 :01x04 - Sonic And The Secret Scrolls (Oct/09/1993)
The Freedom Fighters decide to head to the mountain city of Maga in hopes of discovering some powerful scrolls, which could just help them find success in their struggle against Dr. Robotnik. However, the city has been abandoned for centuries and nothing can be found except a few cryptic clues; the Freedom Fighters must attempt to decipher the puzzle in order to find the scrolls, though they soon discover that Dr. Robotnik is also trying to find the scrolls.

5 :01x05 - Super Sonic (Oct/16/1993)
When Nicole breaks, Sonic must head to Robotropolis in hopes of acquiring some parts that could be used to fix her. When Sonic arrives, he heads into the Forbidden Zone where he encounters a wizard named Lazar, though Lazar’s scrolls were stolen and he acuses Sonic of taking them. Sonic tries to explain that it wasn’t him, though Lazar decided to let Sonic go prove his innocence by taking his speed as collateral. Unfortunately for Sonic, Dr. Robotnik was the one who stole Lazar’s scrolls and he plans on teleporting the Freedom Fighters to his base so that he can easily capture them.

6 :01x06 - Sonic Racer (Oct/23/1993)
After the Freedom Fighters successfully destroy one of the main generator’s in Robotropolis, they get ready to celebrate as such is a huge accomplishment. However, then Robotropolis continues to function because they forgot about the secondary generator, the Freedom Fighters decide to formulate a plan to shut down the other generator as well. However, Dr. Robotnik decides to hold a race in hopes of capturing Sonic, in which Sonic decides to enter because he can’t resist a challenge, though he also hopes that he’ll provide enough distraction for the rest of the Freedom Fighters to sneak to the secondary generator and destroy it. However, the machine that Dr. Robotnik built to challenge Sonic may just prove to be a bigger challenge than Sonic had anticipated.

7 :01x07 - Harmonic Sonic (Oct/30/1993)
When Dr. Robotnik launches a new satellite in hopes of finding Knothole Village, the Freedom Fighters must create a makeshift rocket in order to get Sonic into space, as the satellite needs to be destroyed before Dr. Robotnik can succeed. However, despite Sonic’s excellent speed, he realizes that he needs some help from Rotor if he wishes to ensure the satellite gets destroyed properly.

8 :01x08 - Hooked on Sonics (Nov/06/1993)
Antoine has been having a difficult time adjusting to the realization that Sally isn’t romantically interested in him. After seeing Sally and Sonic flirt with one another after a mission, he decides to try to formulate a plan to capture Dr. Robotnik, as he believes if he manages to do that, he should be able to win her affections.

9 :01x09 - Sonic's Nightmare (Nov/13/1993)
Sonic has been having a recurring nightmare where he witnesses Sally being roboticized while he is unable to do anything to save her. Sonic decides to ask Rotor for advice, though before anything can be done about his dreams, the Freedom Fighters intercept a message that reveals Dr. Robotnik’s latest scheme. Sonic heads off to warn a village of Dr. Robotnik’s intentions while the rest of the Freedom Fighters attempt to sneak onto a chemical transport, though neither of them understand Dr. Robotnik’s true plan.

10 :01x10 - Warp Sonic (Nov/20/1993)
When things take a turn for the worse during a mission in Robotropolis, the Freedom Fighters find themselves fortunately rescued by a mysterious individual named Griff. He takes them to a secret city called Lower Mobius, in which he explains that this is one of the last strongholds that exist within Robotropolis. However, Griff isn’t all that he seems to be and he decides to steal something that belongs to the Freedom Fighters in an attempt to save his city.

11 :01x11 - Sub-Sonic (Nov/27/1993)
The Freedom Fighters are worried because many trees in the Great Forest have been dying recently, which could jeopardize their headquarters as Dr. Robotnik could more easily discover the location of Knothole Village. However, when Sonic inadvertently splashes one of the dying trees with some chemical water, the dying tree begins to grow back to full height. Realizing that this could be the remedy they need, the Freedom Fighters head back to where Sonic found the water, though what they discover proves to be more hazardous than they anticipated.

12 :01x12 - Sonic Past Cool (Dec/04/1993)
Dr. Robotnik is attempting to capture some terrapods in hopes of roboticizing them, as he believes they could be a great addition to his army. However, when the Freedom Fighters learn of his plan through a brief encounter with one of the terrapods, they decide to try to help the terrapods get back to their homeland safely.

13 :01x13 - Heads Or Tails (Dec/11/1993)
The Freedom Fighters are in need of some supplies, so Sonic and Tails head off to Robotropolis in order to acquire the material they need. However, the two discover that Dr. Robotnik is planning on sending an army of Buzzbombers into the Great Forest in order to destroy the Freedom Fighters once and for all. The successful defense of the Great Forest relies on the catapults, though will they be ready to use by the time the Buzzbombers arrive?

14 :02x01 - Sonic Conversion (Sep/10/1994)
The Freedom Fighters are ecstatic when their deroboticizer’s initial test proves to be successful, as Bunnie gets her normal body back. Sally wishes to wait and see whether or not Bunnie has any side affects, though Sonic refuses to listen to her and he rushes off to Robotropolis in order to rescue Uncle Chuck, as he wishes to try to restore his humanity once and for all.

15 :02x02 - Game Guy (Sep/17/1994)
The Freedom Fighters rescue an individual named Ari who claims to be a Freedom Fighter from a different organization. While the Freedom Fighters’ are skeptical at first, the group decides to help Ari rescue his comrades. However, when Sally intercepts a message that proves Ari’s intentions aren’t pure, she rushes off with Dulcy in an attempt to save Sonic from being sucked into the void.

16 :02x03 - No Brainer (Sep/24/1994)
Dr. Robotnik is away from Robotropolis at the moment, leaving Snively in charge. However, when the Freedom Fighters attempt to exploit the opportunity to rescue some prisoners, Snively hits Sonic with a laser that causes him to lose his memory. Snively decides to convince Sonic that he works for him and that the Freedom Fighters are evil, in which Sonic believes him and he decides to infiltrate Knothole Village in send its coordinates to Snively. It’s up to Sally to convey the message to the rest of the Freedom Fighters before it’s too late.

17 :02x04 - Blast to the Past (1) (Oct/01/1994)
When the Freedom Fighters fail a mission that causes several members to be captured and roboticized, Sonic and Sally contemplate that it would be so much easier to go back in time to stop Dr. Robotnik before he took over. Despite the fact that the two of them realize that its just wishful thinking on their part, Dulcy expresses that she believes they really can go back in time, so she persuades them to let her take them to a flying island that was thought to be nothing more than a myth.

18 :02x05 - Blast to the Past (2) (Oct/08/1994)
Dr. Robotnik’s coup has just started and it’s too late for Sonic and Sally to prevent him from ever coming into power. However, when the two of them went back in time they had altered the timeline, in which Dr. Robotnik is planning on roboticizing their child counterparts as well as destroy the Great Forest through the use of a strange gas. If Dr. Robotnik succeeds at either of these tasks, the future will cease to exist and Sonic and Sally will fade away, so the two of them must do their best to fix the past in order to return to the present.

19 :02x06 - Fed Up With Antoine / Ghost Busted (Oct/15/1994)
Fed Up With Antoine: When Antoine becomes king of the Nasty Hyenas, he attempts to enjoy himself and live the good life. However, when he discovers that the hyenas actually want to eat him, he has a sudden change of heart.

Ghost Busted: Sonic and Antoine take Tails into the woods in order to give him some training that he’ll need as a Freedom Fighter. However, when Antoine disappears in the middle of the night, Tails starts to believe there’s a monster in the vicinity.

20 :02x07 - Dulcy (Oct/22/1994)
Dr. Robotnik has managed to find Dragonsnest, the ancient home of the dragons, in which he plans to roboticize them in order to add them to his army. To make matters worse, Dulcy has left the Freedom Fighters in an attempt to find Dragonsnest, so Sonic and Sally must head off to rescue the dragons and get Dulcy back before it’s too late.

21 :02x08 - The Void (Oct/29/1994)
Sonic is searching around in the Great Unknown when he suddenly gets sucked into the void, though he manages to escape before getting dragged all the way in. However, he finds an artifact on the ground after these strange events and he decides to take it back to Knothole Village to let Sally analyze it. Sonic doesn’t have time to stick around though, as he is summoned by Uncle Chuck who provides Sonic with some troubling news, though when he gets back to Knothole Village, he discovers that Sally and Bunnie are nowhere to be found.

22 :02x09 - The Odd Couple / Ro-Becca (Nov/05/1994)
The Odd Couple: Sonic’s house is destroyed in the middle of a blizzard due to Dulcy’s poor landing skills, though since he cannot rebuild his house due to the blizzard, he finds himself forced to live with Antoine for the time being. Sonic makes the most out of the situation and he continues to live as he normally would, though his sloppy and inconsiderate lifestyle soon proves to be too much for Antoine to handle.

Ro-Becca: Antoine is helping Rotor out with one of his latest inventions, though when he inadvertently activates the machine before it was ready, it instantly falls in love with him due to his accent. Antoine does his best to hide from Ro-Becca, though the weather outside soon proves to work towards his disadvantage.

23 :02x10 - Cry of the Wolf (Nov/12/1994)
Using King Acorn’s list, the Freedom Fighters head off into the Great Unknown in hopes of reuniting with another Freedom Fighter organization: the Wolf pack. While the Wolf Pack is cautious of their offers to help, the two groups soon find themselves working together when Dr. Robotnik’s activates his test Doomsday Pod, which proves to be quite resistance to most of their attacks.

24 :02x11 - Drood Henge (Nov/19/1994)
There is a very powerful artifact in the world that could perform the greatest of goods or the most unspeakable of evils if it were used in certain manners, though due to the risks involved in using such an artifact, they have been hidden away for centuries. However, when Dr. Robotnik discovers the location of half of the artifact, the Freedom Fighters must work together in order to prevent him from acquiring the other. Unfortunately, Sally isn’t old enough to access the document King Acorn stored in Nicole, so the Freedom Fighters must attempt to figure out how to get the data before it’s too late.

25 :02x12 - Spyhog (Nov/26/1994)
Dr. Robotnik has noticed that the Freedom Fighters have always been one step ahead of him, which causes him to wonder if there is a spy amidst his organization. He attempts to set up a trap to find the spy, though the Freedom Fighters intercept a message that reveals what Dr. Robotnik is attempting to do. Antoine heads off to try to warn Uncle Chuck before it’s too late, though when he gets captured by Snively, Sonic must rescue Antoine before he reveals the name of the spy.

26 :02x13 - The Doomsday Project (Dec/03/1994)
The Freedom Fighters are feeling good about their recent string of successes. With all of their groups united and set up across the world, they begin to prepare for their ultimate attack on Dr. Robotnik’s forces. However, when Dr. Robotnik starts his Doomsday Project earlier than expected, the Freedom Fighters soon find themselves hopelessly outnumbered, in which Sonic becomes their only hope to succeed.
