"Son of the Beach" Summary |

From the Howard Stern Production company (among others), this FX comedy followed the antics of Notch Johnson (Timothy Stack), the best lifeguard ever, and his team of lifeguards at Malibu Adjacent. As the DVD descriptions, and many websites put it, Son of the Beach is a parody of Baywatch and Baywatch like shows.
The series lasted three seasons on FX, and had some occasional cast changes. Timothy Stack, as writer and executive producer, stayed throughout the three season run as Notch Johnson. Mrs. David Boreanaz, Jaime Bergman, as B.J. Cummings, Roland Kickinger as Chip Rommel, Leila Arcieri as Jamaica St. Croix, and Kim Oja as Kimberlee Clark starred in all three seasons of the series. Lisa Banes as Mayor Anita Massengil starred in only the first two seasons, and Amy Weber as Porcelain Bidet joined the cast for the last season of the series.
