Notch Johnson, played by Timothy Stack
Notch Johnson is the best lifeguard around, and greatly beloved by the community, except for Mayor Anita Massengil, who sees Notch as a major barrier to her own political career. Notch’s background includes a stint in the military, and a stint as a famed revolutionary in the small South American nation of Humidor, where he helped fight for and establish democracy in that nation. Notch is constantly called upon to provide his expertise in life-guard, security, and revolutionary matters. |
