Mayor Anita Massengil is an ambitious woman who constantly strives to better her political situation. All energy is focused on turning every situation to her own advantage. Her prime enemy, even if he doesn't realize it, is Notch Johnson. While she has something of a problem with Johnson and his crew, she doesn't allow her opinion to color her appreciation of Chip Rommel as a man.
