A cross between Blade Runner style cyberpunk and film noir, Spicy City shows us a nightmarish world where man is replaced by machine, where virtual reality becomes reality, and where healthy people are seen as sources of 'spare parts' to be poached and sold on to the highest bidder.
Each episode of this short-lived Ralph Bakshi series is introduced by Raven, a beautiful nightclub owner who lives and works amongst the residents of Spicy City and always has a story to tell.
