J. Jonah Jameson declaring war on Spider-Man, offering a reward to anyone who captures him.


Spider-Man hyjacks a space ship to try and stop Venom and Carnage, who have stowed aboard the ship to Counter-Earth, a planet on the exact same orbit as Earth on the other side of the sun. When he fails, and the pilot, John Jameson crashes, everyone blames Spider-Man. He then takes another trip to Counter-Earth, to stop Venom and Carnage, and save John Jameson, as well as prove his innocence.

Spider-Man's first vision of John Jameson on Counter-Earth.


Spider-Man meets the Knights Of Wundagore, a group of beastials, part animal, part human. He then encounters The High Evolutionary, the leader the beastials. He plans to take over the planet. When Spider-Man is saved by the resistance, he finds out there leader is John Jameson! John explains he's staying to overthrow the The High Evolutionary, and make humans and beastials able to live amongst each other in society.

When Naoko is dragged into the sewer by something green, Spider-Man suspects Counter-Earth's version of the Green Goblin, until he gets to know him.

Git Hoskins is introduced as a resistance agent who was abducted by Sir Ram in his childhood, and forced to become the 'guinea pig' of an experiement, which turns humans into mummy-like creatures.
Now, he has broken into the High Evolutionary's laboratory and has stolen a bomb that is big enough to destroy New York, and will self-destruct within a few hours. Now, the resistance and the Knights Of Wundagore must work together to catch Git, and de-activate the bomb.
