St. Elsewhere: Dog Day Hospital
Nurse Helen Rosenthal returns to work following her mastectomy, and is still adjusting to it. Several residents receive assignments for their first solo surgeries; Ehrlich's is invaded by a gun-wielding woman angry at the doctor who performed her husband's vasectomy a year ago - because she's pregnant! Fiscus visits his Aunt, who he hasn't seen in years, and brings her to the hospital for a tour.
