Episode Summary

Virgil's dad is dating again!Sharon isn't to happy about it but Virgil is.Well he was happy about it until she turns out to be a police officer he had to run from because she asked to see his back pack.The back pack that had his Static costume in it.When she tells Robert Virgil gets grounded.Two teenagers steal a suite case with improved bang baby gas.How can Static stop them when he is grounded?
