Bernie Rast convinces Lil' Romeo to do a video shoot with Daisy and Frieda (Rast's contest winners), since they promised that they can get Static to be there. When Static relunctantly shows up, with Gear, Lil' Romeo is in a Static suit. Not long after, a Bang Baby named Leech, who can absorb powers, mistakenly kidnaps Lil' Romeo. When Static does a trade, its up to Romeo to save Static.

| Leech steals Ebon,Hotstreak,Talon,and Static's powers in this episode.He can only keep their powers for an amount of time which is why he kept them locked up.
| Lil Romeo gets his own Static costume.
| Bernie Rast makes a reference to the Teen Titans.He calls Gear Gizmo which is a Titan enemy.When he is on the phone looking for a replacement for Static he ask for Robin and Beast Boy.
| Leech is similar to another villain known as Parasite,who can also steal people's powers,but not keep them permanently.

| Leech absorbed Static's powers,so when Static tries to recharge himself with a power line he shouldn't be able to do this.Leech has Static's powers and that includes Static's power to absorb electricity.
